i'm american but live half time in england. there are more americans on this site because america is a large country with many more people than the uk. you're not alone here, lots of people from the uk use this site too.

I think it has something to do with the fact that there are more Americans than there are Britons. The US has nearly 300 million people compared with the UK's 60 million and while I can't find the site now there was a survey taken a few years back that found out Americans spend more time chatting online than their European counterparts. So really, it's just that the US has more people that are more willing to spend their day online than the UK does.

It's nice here, though the streets are very small.
I will be returning to the USA, on August 22, 2006.
though, with the terrorist threats, on CNN, the only english news channel I could find, my mum might rebook the flight. AGAIN!!!
