I believe that you cannot honestly say you hate anything or anyplace unless you experience it first hand.
There have been places that I truly didn't think I would like and was pleasantly surprised when I ended up going there for work. You have to have an open mind, if you don't you most likely are going to hate anything and anyplace.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that I hated Australia but I have no desire whatsoever in visiting the land of the convicted sheep worrier.

I woudn't go as far as to say hate, but I've never liked the look of Africa and can't imagine being on holiday there. It just looks too hot, too rough out there and the insects and wildlife look so scary.
