from what i understand it will cost you 3 arms and 2 legs. it was just named the second most expensive place in the world to live, behind oslo. probably housing costs will be the deciding factor for you.

Depends. If you want go out a lot, it can get pretty pricey. Also pricey if you want to travel a lot. Accommodation will your biggest expense so if you're willing to live further out then you can cut costs considerably (but then you have to deal with the tube!). Groceries and things like that aren't too bad. Things will be pretty tight on £25k. You'll have enough to get by but don't expect to be able to save anything or go on lots of holidays.

Just came out last week, it is the most expensive city in the world for cost of living.

well expensive as we now pay tax towards the evil people that are making new drinks that send u on a trip of a life time so i would say that we may be a little bit skint as we supplying them with brtead and water so expect to pay lots of tax

Your cost of living will be what you make it - I and thousands of other students manage fine on about 5k an academic year in London.

Get an oystercard, take the bus, live somewhere cheap, don't get wasted every night and cook for yourself and you'll have plenty.

it is way too expensive! don't bother going to london! i am english but i don't live there because it is way tooooo overprised and the weather is crap so why not go to a cheaper western country eg canada or some other countries in europe.

Think astronomical then double it, still with your salary you might be able to stretch to a well apportioned cardboard box.

Very high.!Housing is grossly overpriced! You won't be very well off with that amount of money!
