Although citizens of the European Union no longer generally get their passports stamped upon arriving in or departing from another EU member state, will the authorities still give you an entry/exit stamp if you ask for one?

As far as I'm concerned, January and February isn't the time when visitors flock to europe. But I planned a europe trip coursing over 6 countrie and some major cities like Berlin, Rome, Amsterdam, Geneva, Vienna. Do you think I should book the hostels beforehand? I'm only worried in the case we miss our train or plan to stay longer at another place, we might not be able to get back our refund.

Reason I ask is that a friend of mine was asked by someone whether a radio she had came from eastern europe, and she said no it didn't.
She and the radio were from the Czech republic.
Afterwards she said to me that it is in Central Europe.

Sveta Stefan is a resort-island about 50 Meters off the coast of Montenegro. I think it used to be a monestary or something, but it's been converted into a resort. If anyone's ever stayed there, what's the price like? (not including transportation/food)

I got the information that there has a shuttle bus from Frankfurt Main international Airport to Hahn Airport. but, I don't know if I need to make a reservation at first or not. As I need to catch the next flight at Hahn Airpot.

On the other hand, how I can book it? I tried to send e-mail to this bus line, but no answer from them.
