In the 1960's many Chinese / descendents were harassed, driven out. So how are things now, if a Chinese person visits for vacation in Jamaica ?

I'm going to Jamaica in a few weeks on vacation. I've travelled all around the world and I'm not scared or anything, I just need to know some of the more common scams so I can protect myself.

Do any resorts or hotels in Jamaica (any part) offer the free basic wedding package? It basically just includes a marriage ceremony for only the bride and groom.

I know that as of now or very soon that all US citizens will need passports to exit and re-enter the USA. However, does the government of Jamaica require US citizens to have a passport to enter? If so do they give you a tourist card or do they stamp your passport? Can I exit and re-enter the US using a passport and just enter and exit Jamaica using a drivers license or birth certificate?
