The Sonesta inn is grate if you a quite hotel with few kids.

It really depends on what your intentions are. I had a wonderful stay in Negril at Beach House Villas and that was one extreme but also was very comfortable at Travellers, also in Negril. Sunshine Villa in Mo-Bay=pampering & luxery
Travellers=just a place to sleep
Beach House=Awesome Experience
Soaking up the sun, reading, writing, touristing. Real nice and pricey or just a place to sleep. A bit more specific and I can respond better.

my husband and i really enjoyed our cruise to the western carribean. you get to go to jamaica, cancun, and the cayman islands. i highly recommend it. you get to do much fun stuff... and for $2-3 thousand bucks, you get to see 4 different islands, not just one... :)
