Do any resorts or hotels in Jamaica (any part) offer the free basic wedding package? It basically just includes a marriage ceremony for only the bride and groom.

I just answered your question about a Hedonism wedding. Now, after reading this post, I have doubts whether Hedo is right for you. It is VERY ADULT!

I suggest you think hard about what it is you want in a resort. All of them do weddings and they do them often and beautifully. But do you want a romantic resort? A party oriented one? Do you want one that has children or is a "no-kids" resort? Do you want a resort that specializes in relaxation? These are just some of the questions you should ask yourself before deciding on where to go. Choosing the right resort is the most important choice you will make so make it carefully. As my previous answer mentioned use TripAdvisor.com for research. It is a tremendous research tool. Best Wishes to you and your fiance.

Some of the all-inclusive ones do, like the Sandals resorts. However, they usually require you to stay a minimum number of days. The Sandals resorts require you to stay 7 days. The Couples resorts require you to stay a minimum of 3 days and say the basic wedding package is free, but then in the same breath say there is a $150-$200 processing fee. The Couples resorts seem to be a little cheaper, though, so it may be worth it. I've also been looking at destination weddings in Jamaica for myself and my fiance lately, so that's what I've found. Hope it's helpful.

No the wedding packages are not free there is always a charge. Maybe you can get the required documents and go into the nearest town and have a minister perform the ceremony for a fee of course. There is probably a lesser charge at the resort for a couples only service so call around and look into that.

maximum inns will waive any wedding ceremony cost whilst you're staying there for a week. I have been given married down there at a Sandals hotel and that i did no longer could desire to pay something extra advantageous for them to rearrange the bridal ceremony.
