going to Quebec city in a couple of weeks. Just looking for some interesting places to go and a nice hotel. Any tips will help. We are interested in seeing old Quebec where the fortress is and cobble stone streets. We wanted to do a carriage ride around old Quebec, can you reserve this ahead of time?

I am a green card holder here in the US and has a Philippine passport. Do I need a visa to travel to canada for a month? What other requirements should I need. By the way, can I apply for a US passport even if I am not a US citizen? Thank you all. Really appreciate it.

Hello. I live in Toronto located in Canada in the province of Ontario. I was wondering if there are any cool atv spots that are legal and you dont need to pay or go with a trail guide. I would also like to bring my own atv, which is actually a buggy. Please tell me LEGAL spots.

You know how Hawaii have these different kinds of souvenirs like a dolphin magnet, anything that has hibiscus flower on it, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, etc... what about Canada and Seattle? Im going to both places. What are they famous for? I want to bring back something for my friends. Any idea?

I live in Langley B.C right now and it's nice but also it's quite expensive!!! Is it cheaper/better quality of life in somewhere like Calgary Alberta? Thinking about moving there.

Cheers!

If you have ever answerd a question in the Canada section of Yahoo! Answers you will recgonize his name. So what is it that you dislike about his comments the most? Is it the complete lack of any factual information? Or is it just that he is rude and arrogant?

Just wondering if anyone else was feeling the same way I am towards the childish individual.

I am earning my Master's in the U.S., on an F-1 visa. As part of the degree, I am doing a co-op for GE, and the company wants me to go to Canada for about two weeks (to work at one of their sites).

Would it be better for me to apply for a tourist visa or a temporary work permit? It seems the latter is a more complicated process.

It has come to my attention that many of my answers pertaining to canada have been deleted. Now canada is not up to par with the United States on any level, but i have not insulted nor have i said anything negative to any users of yahoo answers....so my question would be, are canadians so afraid of the truth about their country that they report abuse for any answer that does not portray canada in a positive light? Seems to me that canada is much worse off than i expected

As a Canadian, I'd say this is ours but what are other opinions on this subject ?

through the national parks along 93? In May?
Is it crowded? Is the road slow and winding, or is it a straight and fast highway? Is it scenic? or do you see only the car/road in front of you? Are there many petrol stations along the way? Is it isolated or commercialized?
Any info helps. Thanks in advance!
