I am in the US. I want to go to Quebec for my 18th birthday, because it's legal to drink there. I was just wondering if I need to get a passport; or what I need to get across. Will my Indiana driver's license be valid there? Can I use it as a way to prove my age? Do I need any other forms of idenity? What kind of security checks will I have to go through? Does it cost to get in? Will I be discriminated against hardcore because I'm american? Will there be quite a few problems with the language spoken, because I only know english. How much do hotels cost (average) per night? Please just tell me any information you know and are willing to type. Thank youuuu!

We are trying to plan our honeymoon for this July. We live in Washington state, and really can't afford airfare to Mexico or we would be on our way, so we are thinking of going to Canada. We can drive there, and wouldn't have to pay for the pass ports. Does anyone know any great places in Canada to stay on the west coast side? A city or specific hotel would be great! Thanks for your help!

They say if you have a DUI that you can't go though, and if you area a felon, or A DV charge, and that you need $1000 and A LOT of diff things, everything I have looked up pretty much says no DUI's (you need to pay fee's and fill out requests) and you need proof of being a US citizen -sp-.
I need to know what all is true. And Were would these be obtained? Or just direct me in a web site that could let me know... I don't have a DUI (I'll be the one driving) but my spouse (who will be the passenger) has one .
