The answerers above gave you good information on Air Canada. It has been a while since I was on Air Canada but here is a website that will give you additional information about passengers' feedback on Air Canada.

As you read passenger's comments on Air Canada, the in-flight service is getting better than before but still room for improvements. One of the consistent complaints were that the cabin looks dated with older seats and older in-flight entertainment compared to their competitors especially on their Boeing 767s. Hope you'll be onboard their newer aircraft to Rome.

Here is Air Canada's website that should be able to answer questions like their baggage policy, their in-flight services, etc.

Check seatguru.com for the best seat onboard their aircraft if you haven't already picked your seat.

Also, here is the website for Montreal Trudeau airport.

I wouldn't be worried. Their regular planes are really really tight though, and they charge for EVERYTHING except the meals... if you get one. Be sure to have $5 canadian or a few bucks US to pay for a headset.

Their new planes are awesome though! Choose your own movie and tv shows, more leg room, and much more comfortable seating.

As for delays, service and flight times, it runs just like any other flight. often times flights are on time, but it really depends on the place you are flying from and to.

Nah don't worry too much, Air Canada is pretty good. I like Westjet better though, much cheaper flights and friendlier service.

Given an hour and twenty minutes, you can go get poutine. That's plenty of time, I'd say.
