Does Canadian Immigration Assistance Services exist?

I recently received mail(via air) from an organization calling itself Canadian Immigration Assistance Services located in Canada.I would like to know if this CIAS is authentic.They are requesting that i pay $USD 25.00 as fees.I am skeptical as they want the money in an envelope along with a form they sent me.Is there a way to immigrate to Canada like they do inthe USA via DV?

The official Canada Immigration website has all the information needed to file for immigration, including all the application forms and instructions. If you are interested in moving to Canada, save your $25 and go to the official website and download the forms. If you did not request the information sent to you, this is likely a scam of some sort.

If you're skeptical now, what will you do when you have to wait at least 5 years for your application to be reviewed?

The $25 is just to request for the forms. The application depending on which category is around C$500!

i would like to know if it really exist because they keep telling me to send these money and worst i can t even contact them.They are doing a business and i can t even call them, all they want is just money money.... i am getting to believe that this program is a scam.
