Depends very much on how you are defining "city".
As for the larger cities, it would definitely have to be Vancouver!
For midsize cities, I would say Nanaimo, BC, Halifax, NS, and St. Johns, N.B.
Smaller cities/villages/towns .... take your choice ... probably 95% of them would qualify as being very "natural".

There is a lot of variation in the cities of Canada. You can try to see a variety of places. There are big cities and small towns. The East Coast is more laid back and restful.

Not exactly sure what you mean by natural, but St. John's is one of the best cities in Canada with the cleanest air.... also we have a terrific history and plenty of tourists attractions throughout the province.

generally most likely Atlantique Canada...there are some great cities and towns

City of Kawartha Lakes...1.5 hrs north of Toronto, it includes the famous town of Bobcaygeon..
