Visit the Canadian government website, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, at:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html

Scroll to the bottom of the webpage until you see Permanent Resident Card (PR Card). There you will see the words "application", click on that link and it will take you to a page that will walk you through the process.

Apply to Canada customs and immegration. If there is A Canadian embassy in your area ask them for help in this. They should be able to answer all your questions or go on the internet and research it. It is done all the time. If you have a clean criminal record you should have no problem
