I am moving to Canada as a dependenant,is it easy to get a work permit?

As I am a dependenant would like to know about getting a work permit easily, I am 50 plus.Do I have to appear in any exam?

Visit the Canadian government website, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and it will help answer that question for you. There is no exam - you just need someone willing to employ you for a start. On the main page click on "To Work" (left of the page) and there you can fill out an Application to Work Permit.
