Hello. I live in Toronto located in Canada in the province of Ontario. I was wondering if there are any cool atv spots that are legal and you dont need to pay or go with a trail guide. I would also like to bring my own atv, which is actually a buggy. Please tell me LEGAL spots.

Well legally you need off road plates and insurance anywhere except private land with permission.
On Canadian Forces Base Borden they have an ATV club that is less than $100 / year and is close to Barrie just west about 20 minutes drive.
Also Ganaraska Trails south of Peterbourough has lots of trails but their is a annual membership fee.As far as riding your buggy as long as you have a registration certificate and insurance you should be able to. However your buggy may be too wide to squeeze through some narrow trails in forests if it is wider than an ATV.

there's a bike dealership in London Ontario called "hully gully" they got some pretty good riding trails on site.

if you go to Blenheim Ontario, there's a large section of crown land where riding is permitted. they call it "skunk's misery" it's about 1000hectares worth of trails. i'm not sure how to get there exactly. it's inbetween chatham and blenhiem.

talk with hully gully. they will be able to help you out a little better. one thing's for sure. we have no shortage of spots to ride in Ontario.
