I suffer with arachnophobia and i'm a little worried about these, to come to Australia. Could you please let me know the real facts, i'm not one of those who poke them but try to stay away from them all the time.

When I talk to Aussies they love to hate Poms, they claim it is is good spirits (one guy said it was their national sport) and I can understand a healthy rivalry. But, I recently met some Aussies who changed my mind, they were so rude and spiteful, I know that you get bad people all over the world but they left an extremely bad impression of Australians with me. Are their opinions on poms more widespread?

Basically, I was wondering if anyone could tell me some of the best towns in the country to start my travel, as I am currently in Sydney, and what your advice would be on staying in hotels / motels or caravan parks?

hi there, as many of you know we are hoping to emigrate to queensland in Australia within the next 12 months. My son is 17 and once we get to Australia will aim to go to college for a year to study. he wants to know if he will be able to join and train in the Australian police?
