I and my husband wants to work in Australia. We are qualified for skilled migrants because both of us are engineers. Is it possible that any company in Australia would employ both spouse?

absolutely - esp if you are mining engineers. there is a huge demand in queensland in the coal mining industry especially. go with a recruitment agency and specify you both want to work for the same company.

Of course. But there are many engineering companies so you will not have to work for the same company unless you end up in a company town, such as the mining towns in Western Australia.

Oh yes - there is a chronic labour shortage. I would try mining companies in Western Australia - big ones like Rio Tinto or BHP. From cleaners to engineers, they are desperate.
