No matter what beautification programs are put in place, the shanties by the railways just totally negate the urban facelift initiatives.

Should the shanties be demolished, even at great political cost?

This time, I am not asking about faith. This question is PURELY on the basis of aesthetics, architecture, historical significance, uniqueness, or maybe even size. Only churches in the Philippines, please.

I have my favorites - - - Miag ao, Paoay (Ilocos Norte), and Majayjay (Laguna) Which ones are yours?

I noticed that very few Filipinos now go to church.

Do you go REGULARLY? Catholic, Christian , which church?

No one passes judgment on anyone's beliefs. I am just curious just how many YAPpers actually go to church.

I have often wondered how real the YAPpers are.

If I were to invite and host a salad and bread lunch in Tagaytay on a Sunday, would people actually come? Of course I refer only to the Luzon-based members, or those from Vis-Min who would be so interested they might fly to join.

I was under the weather the past 2 days. My throat and nose just started to clear yesterday afternoon.

How many of you got the cold or coughing or fever due to the bad weather? Or is it just me and my weak resistance to these elements?

....consider the most impovershed 85% of their population as "parasites"? As the biggest Filipino businesses cater mostly to foreign customers, they have no "need" to help their less fortunate countrymen. Politicians also ignore their constituents because most Filipinos are not able to pay income taxes to them, so thay see no need to service them in return. Both the Filipino pols and bizness people see no tangible "use" for these suffering masses so, together, they structure laws and policies that essentially disenfranchise the poor--which comprise the majority in the country. Ever notice how rich/powerful Filipinos and their families see right through poor people when they encounter outside their huge homes and restaurants? Poor people outnumber the rich by a 20 to 1 ratio, so it's heard to avoid them. Ever hear the rich daughter of a Fil-Chinese biznessman say how lazy and undeserving of opportunity the squatters are?

there are some smuggled hotcars here in the philippines like a convertible corvette, audi a8, nissan armada, a few bmws, a lamborgini and some porsches..........those cars will be destroyed i think today because they are smuggled and our president ordered that those hotcars must be destroyed.....................I think our president is not thinking right because she can auction of those hotcars which costs more than 18million pesos and the money can be used by the government for improving our country
