Yes of course, in fact it's a no-working holiday on Monday, August 20, instead of August 21.
Because there is a new malacañang memo that declaring the nearest monday to a national holiday as non-working holiday.

Never celebrated it. From where I am, there's no Xmas nor New Year. We, Christians, look at one another and wonder what we're doing in the office at work while in the home country, everybody's having fun.
