I want to send a small package to my friend in Manila but I have decided the only way to do it is by FedEx or UPS because Canada Post always loses my things. But I know sometimes when shipping by courier they will charge a fee to the recipient upon delivery. Is there any way that I can makes sure they won't charge my friend when they deliver the package?? Because she probably wouldn't be able to pay the fee. Be advised that I would be shipping from Canada and it would be a small package. Thanks

Hi guys.

For any of you teachers that are from the UK can you tell me if you are able to send & receive text messages from home while using a Korean phone?

I have heard stories that since South Korea uses a different technology with mobiles from pretty much the rest of the world, it cannot connect to the UK networks and technology and therefore is unable to receive text messages sent from the UK.

Is this true or a misunderstanding?

Thanks all!
