Because my girlfriend is from there and she took another one of our friends there. In the Philippines, the people are so giving and respectful unlike some of the Americanized culture. My girlfriend not from there who went, said she loved it and it was a wonderful experience. It humbled her to know that the people over there would give the shirt off their backs to you, even though they live in poverty. They shar everything they have and are good people.

Because of the 'flavor' of the land. A good place for those who seek adventure, nice & pretty people, beautiful landscape, delicious food, good souvenirs and handcrafts.
There is something for every traveller, for the tourist, or the adventurer.

Because it's where I was born. It's always great to come back and see your relatives and loved ones you haven't seen for year. I haven't been there though in more than 6 years and am looking forward to coming back home soon.
