Depends on what country they are in, and for what reasons you are wanting to contact them.
It's a very vague question.
If it's a particular person, and a personal aquaintance that you have lost contact with, or just you want to have a look at a Korean?

for what? try a Tae Kwon Do school or a oriental restaurant (a lot of Chinese and Japanese restaurants are run by Korean people)
