There are no such thing as Chinese Hotdogs. Hotdogs are an American invention. But, you could be talking about the sausages in China. They are many from pork or beef. You slice them into tiny pieces and eat a couple pieces per meal as they are not the main course. Or, they are eaten as a snack. They are kind of hard to chew.
Or also, you could be talking about the thick Chinese sausages, not the skinny red kind. They aren't to be put on buns but you probably can eat half of one in a meal. You just chew on them...

The process of getting married in China is simple. You just have to show up at the marriage office with all the required documents (identity proof, photos, etc.) and a notarized letter in Chinese confirming that you have never been married and that you are not related to the person you are married, and that's all. You can ask your fiancée to go to the marriage office and get the complete list of requirements beforehand so that you can have everything ready for your October trip. There is no legal marriage ceremony per se but a party held afterwards. Then, your new wife will have to apply for a visa if you want her to come to the USA. That may take some time to obtain, sometimes up to 2 years but usually closer to 9-12 months, even if you are now married. If you want to get married in the USA, there used to be in the USA a fiancée visa that will allow your fiancée to come to the USA where you can get married. It may take some time to obtain the visa if the USA Immigration still allow people ot enter the USA on a fiancée visa.

No, because there is no such thing as a hotdog in China, unless you count the ones available at Dairy Queen outlets.
China has sausages...which taste more like spam, than a wiener, the meat part of the hot dog.
A hot dog is a wiener in a bun.

I think by Chinese hot dogs you refer to those red color ones right? If so, I think they are usually refer to as Chinese sausages. They are not meant to be eaten like a hotdog which is on its own or with a bun. Chinese sauages are usually cut into slices and eat with Chinese seafood fried rice ... yum yum ... And ya, the meat is pork if I am not wrong ...
Chinese sausages are considered dried preserved food, not meant to be eaten in huge quantities, rather salty and fat. But in small amount, it is nice ...
