I've just received this e-mail, containing an EXTREMLEY PROVOCATIVE sexual pic on a Lego product of Prophet MOHAMMED (saw). However, I found out that it was a computerized pic, and Lego had an official press release on its website saying that there is no such product. The thing is, are we supposed to believe every "provocative" e-mail we receive, and spread the hatred and aggression?

I have been reading a previous question about how expensive is to live in Egypt.

I am going to get married with an Egyptian boy, we would like to live in MAADI, CAIRO, so I am asking you for your kindest help.

Could you please tell me how much is the rent for an apartment or flat, with furniture and without furniture, that has living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and 3 bedrooms?

And how much does it cost buying an apartment, flat or house with the conditions mentioned above?

Thanks a lot in advance!

my big brother is really popoular around where i live, and all the egyptian girls i know love him like crazy. they are always nice to me in an odd sort of way. i can feel that they are not liking me for myself, they aren't even giving me a chance, they like me for my brother and for my brother ONLY. i love my brother, but they should try to get to know me for myself. this is really frustrating becuase some of them go to school with me and they r really sweet at heart, i guess they dont mean to, but it still bothers me. i get to meet new people because of my brother, but they rarely ever even attempt to know me, they just assume that im exactly like my brother...

I have just returned from Egypt and have to say, the country was beautiful and the people friendly, helpful and, as I am six months pregnant, treated me like a princess!!!! At no time did i feel threatened, in danger or unsafe. the counrty is desperate to get their tourist market up and running again and i wonder why no-one goes there from America anymore? Come on people, u are missing out on a wonderful place. don't let 9/11 effect your life forever, u have to stand up and fight against it and not let it stop u doing things. Here in england we have been used to bombing as terriorists for years, we will not let it stop us doing anything!!!

Aft the EID incident that happened in Downtown last October, is it still safe for tourists to stay around there?

Did the Egyptian authority take any action to punish those involved and prevention for such incident?

I spent a week in Egypt last year with a friend and had a great time. We met a nice guy (same age - 28) who worked at our hotel. He was very polite and respectful. Since then, we have become friends and keep regular contact by email. He claims to have romantic feelings for me. I would like to spend another holiday in Egypt and at the same time meet him again, however, none of my friends could travel with me this spring for various reasons. I'm a fairly experienced traveler, but I have never traveled by myself before.
Also, when we were there last year, we noticed that there were a lot of women (most of them middle-aged) by themselves, looking for (and probably getting some) 'love' from younger Egyptian men. I do not consider myself part of this category, but I fear that I will be regarded as such if I go there alone. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
