Unfortunately there are not to many websites out there that teach Arabic of any sort for free. It seems especially hard to find Egyptian accent. I know your looking for free resources but most of them are going to require a little cash. I would recommend checking your local library for arabic language books and tapes. Even if it's not egyptian accent practicing Modern Standard Arabic is also helpful. You may also find that a lot of "egyptian" language programs and materials don't really teach you functional Egyptian accent. It's either Egyptian arabic of 100 years ago or it's not egyptian at all. There have been some improvements in the last few years or so but it's still an issue among some newer publications as well. If you can spend a little $ try purchasing the alif baa and al-kitaab series with the answer keys (by georgetown university press) which can often be purchased off places like ebay or amazon very cheeply. It could be something you ask for as a gift for your birthday, eid, christmas, whatever gift giving holidays your family celebrates. These are college textbooks that are used in Many US arabic language courses. The text is mainly in Modern Standard but has an emphasis on Egyptian colloquial. All of the multimedia focuses on the spoken arabic of Egypt. Another suggestion is that you make little post-it stick ups around the home to keep arabic words in your mind. Go online and find a new word ever day, week, month (whatever) and then make a stick up near the object so that you are reminded of that word evertime you see it. For example you go online and ask egyptians what the word for door is and they tell you it's baab. Then you make a little sign that says baab and stick it on a door. Everytime you pass the door you say baab. This works really well for objects around the home but won't work so well in other areas for example if you wanted to remember that girl is bint you probably wouldn't find too many willing girls who would let you stick a post it on them that says bint. Making flash cards that you add to and go through every day may also help you build a vocabulary. With a large enough vocabulary you could try moving up to flashcards with phrases on them. Sorry I can't help much more than that but I hope you have success in learning it.

Most of the websites known are for translations and tourists, but you have a good chance to contact any Egyptian friend. Learn the spoken Egyptian words and when it can be used from an Egyptian. If you can't find any friend for that reason you can also contact me for that.
