I love it here!
I moved here about 3months ago with my hubby and baby girl and we have adjusted with the help of amazing Egyptians who we befriended. They are the most baby friendly culture i have ever come across, they love food and family. there is a lot of poverty here but it seems to be just a financial thing coz they are happy and giving...more so than a lot of rich people i know.
Cairo is surprisingly green, i know i expected to be nature starved but i am living across from a nice garden...go figure :)
I guess that if you want u can be happy anywhere but i found egypt to be a fascinating mix of donkey carts and shopping malls

this is my opinion:
1-big nice country with poor people.
2-have a Lot treasures and wealth not used well from years and years.
3-had a very big effect in political situation in the middle east,but not anymore.
4-had a great history and civilization,but its people don't get benefit from that history.
5-its people so nice and so naif.
its government over years are thieves.

Great country with nice people (By the way mesho only 3% r poor), u can find nature beauty and u can find man made beauty.
