Flying from the UK (I'm in Scotland) to Nigeria and vice versa is ridiculously expensive and it seems that it's only Virgin Air and KLM who do the journey. It's not that far, but requires about £700 or more for an economy return that's not even direct. I could literally go to the other side of the world for less. Why is it so expensive? Does anyone know of a cheaper airline or route to get there?

cell number portability will be launched in South Africa. That means, if you are using, for instance, MTN, and you decide you want to move to another mobile network, eg Vodacom, it will be possible to move with your original cell-number. You are not going to change you cell-number, meaning you can move with an 083******* number to Vodacom network, and visa-versa. Don't you think its a good idea?

I've heard that in Saudi Arabia men get the custody of children after a certain age and that the mother then has no legal right to see her children, and that visitation occurs at the will of the husband. Is this true? Isn't this unhuman?
