You can try to put your car Floor Mats under your wheels and slowly apply the accelerator. This will give you tires more surface area to put forward with.

Alternatively you can deflate your tires a little, this will increase your wheel surface area hence make it possible to move.

It you are really stock, there is little chose other than calling for help.

well the first rule in desert safari is make the air in ur car tyre half of the full so the tyre will have more grip in sand
the second is never stop ur car or make it very slow in rough sand thats the chance when car get stuck in the sand
third there are lots of option first when ever ur car is stuck in sand just remove the sand infront of ur car tyre u can try putting ur mats infront of ur tyre but its will make them dirty better put some solid wood sticks always keep them when ever u r looking for desert5 safari

Let your tyres down to only a few pounds and clear some of the sand away.You can also use boards fitted under the wheels.Pump the tyres up again when you get out of the bog.

If you're stuck in the forest, look for nearby tree ahead of your car. As far as possible and as far as the rope in your car can reach. Attach one end of the rope to the tree, the other to your car.
The point is to push the rope in the direction perpendicular to your car and the tree, at the middle of the rope. The small force applied by you will create a much much stronger for to pull the car out.
