If I remember well, I was driving from Sunnyside near Wepenar and I was going to the city of Bloemfontein. I was driving on R702, and it goes through Dewetsdorp. That will make me conclude that Dewetsdorp is south-east of Bloemfontein.
Kidding, never heard of Dewetsdorp, just searched for it on internet.

Dewetsdorp is a small town in the Free State Province of South Africa. The town was set up, without approval of the Volksraad, by field-cornet Jacobus de Wet, father of the Boer War general Christiaan De Wet. Eventually reconised officially, the town became a municipality and named De Wet in 1890.
