Haifa is an awesome city with all that you could hope for. Night life can be found in all of Israels major citys.
Israel is all about her young people and they can go out at night without concern.

There is a significant amount of night-life and yes - the girls...
If you want a more "party" town - try Eilat on the Red Sea. Pristine beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving, great hotels ... it is more of a resort town than Haifa, which is known for its industry and port.
In Eilat you can meet alot of girls (and guys) from Israel as well as from many other diferent countries, who come to vacation in here.

Haifa ROCKS! I spent 30 days there in 1988, LOVED IT! GREAT modern beaches, lots of culture to see in the area, and short trip to historically significant places.

Haifa is a great city u will love it there. i have been there few times and enjoined every sec.
+ it's hot now and the city is right by the shore. many places to enjoy and many young and sweet people.
