Last I heard the minimum wage was $.79 per hour in Algeria. That was in 2005. Is that still what it is?

The same person was chosen as "best answer" for these questions posted around the same time. Furthermore, her answers were not even good answers. English is not even one of Algeria's main languages.

Is it a coincidence that four questions posted around the same time chose the same person for "Best Answer" AND it just happened to be enough to place her in the number 1 spot in the category ranking?

Looks like a point-gamer (game-pointer?)...
