I will probably have to go down to New Orleans soon, and it look like the best option may be to fly down there.
The problem is I've never flown before in my entire life, I've done every vacation and trip on the road.
and unfortunately, I've seen to many airplane disaster movies, and of course 9/11 This scares me to death to risk my life life on one of those flying metal gas tanks.
(I swear when I go to Europe I'll take the long way; The Queen Mary 2, than get of a jumbo jet at JFK.)

I'm flying from London to Sydney before Christmas. I have a choice of flights, some arrive Sydney first thing in the morning around 6am, some arrive Sydney in the evening around 8pm. Flights leave London between 12noon and 10pm. According to the airline chosen and the time waiting for a connecting flight, overall travel time varies between 23 and 32 hours. All flights I'm considering only have one stop. So my question is, what are the best flight timings (departure and arrival) to minimise jetlag? Thanks

i am planning a cruise for my 21st birthday on 8/7/08. i just went on the 3 day ensenada and had such a blast. i still drank and went clubbing so i want the next one to be crzy so it really seems like its my 21st birthday. which cruise line and which cruise do you think i should go on.
