I am thinking of moving to LA next year and attending Pepperdine. I don't want to live super far away. I need help!

It's gonna be pretty expensive in Malibu but I suggest you ease the price by checking your options at http://www.hubbuzz.com. This is a great site because it lets you search for apartments within neighborhoods by price range, size, amenities/utilities, etc. Hope this helps and good luck next year!

There aren't many neighbors. It is on PCH so the ocean is across the street and the Santa Monica mountains are behind it, Malibu Canyon road is to the south east and then the million dollar or more houses start to the northeast......You're suppose to be smart...LIVE ON CAMPUS-----best on Campus living facilities IN THE UNITED STATES...per U.S. News or some such...

A lot of the students get apartments in Calabasas or Agoura Area.

Its in Malibu, so that should tell you something. VERRRRY expensive area, but students should be able to room together and find a nice place.

You can find a decent place that is about a half hour drive. Calabasas would be your best bet.
