I started swimming laps recently, and all is going well except for the large marks left under my eyes. First bright red marks, then blue. It looks like bruises under my eyes. I've adjusted the goggles but the problem remains. I am using goggles made by Leader.

breathing. Whenever i turn my head to come up for air, I am afraid of swallowing water. Is there any advice you can give me. Sorry, I don't know the name of the stroke, but it's just the basic swim stroke where you swim with your head underwater for a few strokes, and then turn your head out of the water for air.

I think it's wise to shower with your bathing suit on. If you shower with it off, that shows you're nuts.

We have an Aqua Easy Set Swimming Pool and twice now we have had to drain the water because the ground isn't level. We have put down top soil to try to get it level. What is the best was to make sure the grownd is level.

We have an Aqua Easy Set Swimming Pool and it has a leak I think it is on the bottom because I have looked many times around the sides of the pool and haven't seen any leaks. How can I find a hole on the bottom of our pool?

I know how to swim, but I don't know how to sit there and float at the top of the deep water and stay floating not going anywhere at the top of the water. How do I do that? I'm just learning how to swim and I'm 29 years old. However, I can't master staying a float at the top not trying to go anywhere just floating. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I just started taking swimming lessons in May and I am definitely having a lot of fun. Here's my problem: Back in November I had a stupendously awful fall in a shower and hurt my left shoulder. It hasn't been the same since...it's only been since May that I can do bellydance snake arms without really hurting on that side. I suspect that my left side has been severely weakened and this is the reason why I'm swimming crooked. Any suggestions on how to strengthen and straighten me out in the water? If I swim consistently will that do the trick? Of course, maybe I'm just destined to take over two or three lanes in a pool, but that's rather inconsiderate.
