you take him outside pretending you are going to talk.. then you come close so that you are almost going to kiss, and when he closes his eyes ( any guy that cries will close his eyes )... you turn around.. go in the house shut the door call your lawyer and get a restraining order

If you had a good reason to break up, tell him you are sorry he is upset but it's time for him to go.
If you go back because he cries about it, you will probably just break up again for the same reason you did the first time. Once he "has you", he will go back to the same things that drove you crazy the first time.
