Men often feel a sense of ownership when it comes to a relationship. Not necessarily to mean that he feels he owns the girl, but more so that he doesn't think other men have a right to see her afterwords. They also can become jealous when they see that the girl has moved on, this means she isn't pining for him anymore and he no longer is in control.
Not all men are like this, he'll probably end up a stalker and get butt raped in jail one day.

Chances are when he let you go, he thought you would miss him sooooo much. He thought you miss him enough to grieve and maybe even come back to him. You getting a new boy friend was proboably a slap in the face and totally turned his philosopy (of you missing him soooo much and maybe coming back to him) around.

Because men want you to be missrable for the rest of your life if they arent in it. And they think you are there personal property and hate to know that someone else has claim to you.

he gets jealous and is probably afraid that you will have feelings for the new guy that you never had for him...guy are always in competition with each other and it kills them to know that there may be a guy out there that can do better than he can...(but sshhh don't tell them...they don't think that we know)..

he's jealous. he probably still has feelings for you or he's mad that he sees that you have moved on faster than he did.

That's why he's an ex. If he was such a great guy you would still be dating.

maybe he is angry that you have found a new boyfriend and is jealous. however, if he goes overboard being angry, he will just have to admit one thing, he didn't cherish you more than he should to let you leave him with a break-up.
