I was taught to hunt at an early age ,I grew up in rural area and it was the thing to do and to tell you the truth I still like to do it. I don't put people down for the things they like to do. Why can't the anti-hunters all get together and figure out something they like to do .Maybe have a hot cup of cocoa and watch the sun come up like my daughter and I did last Sat. during a youth deer hunt we didn't kill anything but I went home a better person ,blessed with the time I got to spend with someone I love so much. And not once did I stop and harass someone else for something they were doing.

My wife thinks you can shoot as many as you want on private property, and the law is governed by the state. I said that anyone that shoots a deer, no matter where it is shot, must tag the deer because each county has different laws regarding how many deer you may shoot. Please send sources, preferably from an official Texas website or guide about hunting laws!

Is any one else fed up with the fox hunting fraternity claiming they only go fox hunting to protect and preserve the countryside? Why can't they just admit they like killing animals. It's nothing to be ashamed of, it's a perfectly natural human instinct to hunt. OK it's better if the animal hunted is edible, such as deer, but that's no reason to ban it. Just be honest, and I'm sure most people would support you.

I purchased a High Point 9mm over the weekend. I've heard so many good things about these guns, so i decided to buy one. I've shot one at the range before flawlessly..9/10 almost every time i go out..15yards and 25yards. I put 100 rounds of Winchester 9mm luger 115gr through it. I had about 4 or 5 misfeeds and jamming when i got it out for the first time. Why would this be happening. Would it be the cheap ammo or a new gun that need broke in. Any info would be appreciated.

1 - Winchester Bolt Action .22 Manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Co it has the Winchester trade mark on the end of the butt Model No 1902 New Haven Conn USA Patented August 1890 or 1899 ?? Measurements are 33 1/2 inches Long its in Fair Condition can you give me any idea at all on what it might be worth
2 - Winchester Lever Action Trade Mark Registered in US Patent Office Model 1892 Serial No 656 302 32 WCF Measurements 42 inches long in Fair/Good Condition - Any idea on what it might be worth

I am starting to hunt and i am right handed but i can't close my left eye alone to aim the shotgun. I can close my right eye with my left eye open, but not the left eye. Since i am right handed i have to close my left eye. Do you have any suggestions on how to train my eyes!!!???
