Oh....Smallest to largest...
Crayfish, Dove, Quail, Squirrel, Bullfrogs, Teal, Rabbit, Pheasant, Feral Domestic Cat, Swamp Rabbit, Wood Duck, Pintail Duck, Mallard Duck, Canadian Goose, Snow Goose, Speckledbelly Goose, Turkey, Deer...starting next year, Black Bear.
On occasion...Crow, Bobcat, Opossum, Coyote, Wild Dog.
And I eat them all...except the bobcat, crow, wild dog, feral domestic cat, and coyote.
I don't think I left anything out. The only other critter I could think of is wild hogs, and I try my best to steer clear of anything resembling a pig. Pigs are evil, vile creatures, and the only good thing that comes from them is bacon and sausage.

I personally enjoy hunting upland game such as pheasant, chukar, quail...and waterfowl, such as Ducks and Geese. It's fun, and the thrill of the chase is invigorating especially when hunting pheasant!

Squirrel, rabbit, and deer to eat. Groundhogs to help out the farmers and chipmunks to keep them from killing all our plants that they burrow under.
