Have an Encore rifle and I sometimes have a round not fire due to light pressure and trigger jump..

I am talking about the hammer falling.... sometimes it just does not make hard enough contact with the primer...

Send it to a gunsmith as far as I know, if there's an alternative I didn't find it for mine and it's heavy enough to be something I'd like to have fixed.

The second link, below, talks about some of the issues you are seeing. They recomend DIY modifications, not something I could recomend in these litigation happy days.

There are a few places offering instructions or instructional CDs on how to do your own. I've included one link below, naturally this comes with the usual caveats, if you monkey with your trigger according to these directions and it all goes horribly wrong don't come crying to me. Personally, when it reaches the top of my list I'll send it to someone who can do warranty work if they make a mess of it.

the encore is a great gun spectacular set off I genuinely have killed quite a few elk with a three hundred win magazine my encore is .243 so i cant communicate what i do no longer understand yet as a protracted way because of the fact the action and high quality you have a genuine winner. my purely warning could be to have a scope with a fantastically long eye alleviation and if conceivable start up out hand loading on the mild end of the dimensions till you're confy I genuinely have in no way felt flinch from any gun even as taking photos sport
