I recently inherited a springfield Rifle, model 1917 30.06 caliber. it has engravings on the barrel and on the round chamber with ordnance symbols and some other ones i can not make out. I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimated price for it, it is in perfect condition with no add ons or anything thats not stock, i even have the original leather strap that it came with, which looks exactly like the guns and straps that the people in Saving Private ryan have. Please send me any links or sites that might have information from gun enthiusiats about my weapon or your idea of whats it worth! Thanks!

I'm going to put up two old guns on ebay and I need some help with what they might be worth. One is an old Remington Rifle and the other looks like an old civil war gun. I checked ebay, but it appears that no one is selling guns this old. These guns were past through 2 generations, so they are definiately vintage. Any help whatsoever is most appreciated. Thanks!

I organized all my archery shooting equipment and I found several dozen field points and I dont know how much they weigh, and I need to know how to find their weight in grains, all that I have the ability to find is their weight in ounces.

I am interested in the barrel type feeder, I've seen pictures of a barrel with holes around the bottom where turkeys stick their heads in to feed. They are very expensive on-line and I can't see there being that much to it. I'm sure you could build one alot cheaper.

At 150 grains or lower, I have been told than the .308 would meet or exceed the potential of the .30-06 bullet at all ranges. Now I am debating whether or not to use 165 grain or 180 grain ammunition in a Remington SPS that has a barrel 22 inches in length for deer-sized game.

I'm in the market for a new rifle, and Antonio Zolli has a weapon that I like. Does anyone here have experience with his weapons? If so, were they good experiences or bad? Any other information is greatly appreciated.

i have a holster that has the colt logo one the back with the number1 underneath it. i am trying to find out who made it. so far no luck. i thought it was made by Hunter. they have a model #1 which is no longer made and looks exactly like mine. they said they never made anything for colt. so i am hoping that someone can help me. i could send a picture if need be.

I have a box of remington shotgun shells, apparently wet-proof, that has been in my garage for about 4 years. It is hot and humid here in summer and freezing in winter. They look in good shape from the outside, should I hunt with these or buy a new box?
