The book value on this gun is $185 in 95% condition, $205 in 98% and $245 in 100%.

I found four which actually sold on http://www.gunbroker.com within the past 90 days...

95%-$200
90%-$176
70%-$155

You could also check this site for ones up for sale http://www.gunsamerica.com but, you have to keep in mind the difference between an asking price and the actual selling price..
