I always hear about steroids being abused by athletes and bodybuilders, and I know that athletes and bodybuilders use them, so are they safe to use if you take them accordingly

this URL shows the amazing transformation of Christine Envall from normal girl to bodybuilder.

she had totally no genetics at all, even her calves (which are supposedly 'genetic') were nothing but flat fat.

if someone like her can develop such ripped muscles, how about those with genetics? are they trying hard enough? do male bodybuilders have the potential to get a lot bigger, especially in their calves?

does Christine Envall's transformation show that hard work can overcome even the most subborn muslces? if people really gifted with muscle trained as hard as her, would they come up with something never seen in the world b4?

i, for one, would love to see how calves can possibly develop beyong those of Yvonne McCoy, Tawanda Smith and Sue Schepple.

I play netball and after most games I get blisters near my little toe. I play center so i think it's from my direction changes. I have tried netball shoes and lots of other shoes and still the same result. Apart from shoe changes what else can I do that will not affect my game heavily?

When I say "non-traditional" I am saying, "besides basketball, soccer, American football, baseball, tennis, bowling, hocky, and virutally any other sport that has ever been shown on TV (strictly basic cable, not interested in what sports they show on channel "205" with Direct TV)"

Some of my favorites include Capture the Flag, "Gaga" * Badmitten, and Dodgeball.

*played in a dirt pit enclosed by a short wooden wall--a bunch of players move around in the pit. The goal is to hit the handball at people's legs, and if the ball touches your legs, you are out...I'd love to know if people have heard of this game

Hey wats up, i just started playing lax like 3 years ago and got a new head. Its a Razor, and it isnt pnched enough for me. I no that to pinch a head, you have to do something like tie and stick it in the oven, but i dont no what to use or what temps or anything. Thx in advance guys!:-)

My finger was hit today by a ball during gym, it's the pinky.

It's probably the most serious hand injury i've had.

It doesn't hurt now if I don't touch it for move it now, but it did for serval hours, but if I touch it just a little, it hurts really bad. I could only bend it a little bit, then it just won't go any more. It hurts with any kind of contact whatsoever.

Is it serious? Could my bone been damaged? Will it get better on its on or do I have to check it out? If not, then what should I do to make it better.
