this URL shows the amazing transformation of Christine Envall from normal girl to bodybuilder.

she had totally no genetics at all, even her calves (which are supposedly 'genetic') were nothing but flat fat.

if someone like her can develop such ripped muscles, how about those with genetics? are they trying hard enough? do male bodybuilders have the potential to get a lot bigger, especially in their calves?

does Christine Envall's transformation show that hard work can overcome even the most subborn muslces? if people really gifted with muscle trained as hard as her, would they come up with something never seen in the world b4?

i, for one, would love to see how calves can possibly develop beyong those of Yvonne McCoy, Tawanda Smith and Sue Schepple.

Well, it's a lot more than just training, it's diet and supplements also, they all get a little help. But she must be dedicated because to get like that is a 24 hour job/lifestyle.
