How do you pinch a lacrosse head?

Hey wats up, i just started playing lax like 3 years ago and got a new head. Its a Razor, and it isnt pnched enough for me. I no that to pinch a head, you have to do something like tie and stick it in the oven, but i dont no what to use or what temps or anything. Thx in advance guys!:-)

first of all you must make sure it would still be in legal regs, most sticks today come just barley legal, what the attackers on my team do (im a goalie) is tie the head to tighten it, concering the oven thing thats just to make sure its warm if its too cold u'll break the stick
