For example, UCLA, Duke, North Carolina always has good basketball teams but mediocre football teams. USC has great football but mediocre basketball (although this year is ok). However Florida and Ohio St. seems to have both sports down cold.

High School sports, especially football and basketball, is pretty big time today. They get national media coverage and attention. Should big companies pay schools for the ability to advertise their products? It would probably help a lot of schools out and would only involve having banners up or all the players wearing Nike shoes (which they do anyways) and whatnot. Or is High School sports still sacred?

okay,at my school there is 2 sports i want to play.basketball,ive been playing since i was 8,or cheerleading,ive never done it.but thats not all.at the girls basketball games the cheerleaders cheer there.so its one or the other....HELP!!!!!♥

Track is about to start soon. and I have not praticed at all. This is my first time joining a sport team and I feel like I should not do it, but I alwyas wanted to join some sports. I want to run the long distance. Do you think I should join Or what? this is my last year of high school.

FYI. I only weight around 145. so it is not about being fat and all. its just that I am new at this. and I am expecting other people to be way better.

Just wondering exactly how to legally serve. Someone told me you are supposed to bounce the ball, then hit it again on the way down, then another told me it didnt matter how you served as long as it hit your side prior to going over the net.
