The workout sweats i bought in the past had a small, thin rope that fell into the fabric or got knotted up beyond recognition. I just bought a new pair made by CHAMPION. Its a continuous loop, Could someone explain to me how to cinch this up & tie it off???
Thanks.

I have been riding horses for 7.5 years, and was improving greatly two years ago, but then my dad wasn't able to drive me to the stables as often, and my riding skills have deteriorated because of this. So, I'm picking up yoga to increase my flexibility, but are there any exercises I can do at home to help my riding. All suggestions are welcome, I'm desperate to improve!!

Alright obviously americans will favor there's, and the english will favor there's. But just a friendly conversation on which has the better sports.
Americans like faster paced games-Baseball, American football, hockey.
Britons like games that are slower-Cricket, Football
I looked this up to find that both countries play rugby and polo, so those don't really count.

I coach a minor football team in Hamilton (ages 8-11), We are coming off our best season in team history. We went from a team that was 0-8 for years to a team with a 5-3 recored. This year we lose 17 kids that move up to the next Division. My Question is how do we get more kids to come out and play this great sport we call football?

I'm moving to Australia in July, most likely in Melbourne or Brisbane. I just want to know what sports are popular in Australia. All I know is that the Australian culture is all about beaches, beer, sports, and outdoors. In the states we watch a lot of basketball and football and its the only sport I know and understand.

I wanna be able to adapt to the Australian culture and learn things. Can someone tell me more about things they do and most popular sports which I should learn about....

Thanks !!

I enjoy running, but wake up in the middle of night with foot cramps. I am wearing a new pair of Nike running shoes. Everyone keeps telling me I need to be fitted and spend the money on "good" running shoes made for me (I have flat feet) and that a 19 year old kid working at Academny or Foot Locker isn't going to be able to help me. Where do I get this fitting and recommendation?
