wrestling of course i found out the hard way you could easily get hurt. i used to wrestle around with my sister one time she had me in a camel clutch position it pulled one of my chest muscles. Ouch!. and i was wrestling with my cousin and my sister one time in a handicap match i got hit in the back with a sign you know like a stop sign well not exactly a stop sign but it hurt. but i made through the pain and i found out wrestling isnt easy as it may seem.
