I am already a runner...been doing cross country for 3 years now...im looking for other ways...be specific...like should i try running more than i usually do in a day(which is 3-4 miles)?

I'm tired of all the Insults, Sarcasim, & unsportsman like conduct on here, especialy in the Sports section. People intentionally mis-spelling team names, Insulting players etc & teams when they probably have not been athlete in anysport themselves and are just here to insult and put other participants, especially when they have been warned not to! While routing for your favorite team is a normal thing to do, Points for answering a question in an unsportman like way should warrant a deduction of additional points on top of what a participant recives for answering a question in such a manner mentioned at the begining of this paragraph. Immaturity, that's all it is, if a participant cannot answer a question in a positive way or atleaast provide some logic and constructive critisizm in their answer, penalties should be incurred, just like they were playing the game....ie...15 pts for unsportsman like conduct parallel to 15 yrds in a football game.

Anyone else agree? YES/NO & WHY?

i want a really good pair of shoes that i can hike and climb a little in that don't weigh a ton. I hate thick soles but need something dense enough that cactus spikes won't go thru them and every once in awhile coming off a canyon going down a slope i can pick up alot of speed (if you know what i mean) so don't want anything clunky

I have a mint condition Grady Sizemore jersey signed by him. the signature is on the number 4 on the back. It is very rare that he signes jersey's. hi . I lost a bet to a girl from my school and now she gets to choose my punishment. She wants me to go online and ask random people what they think she should do to me. I'm a cheerleading and I have been for 5 years. I do both school and Competitive cheering. What I can't stand though are the horrible stereotypes people give cheerleaders....like they're dumb, rich, preppy, mean, etc. IT just drives me crazy because I'm the validictorian of my class and the selutitorian is another one of my friends who is also a cheerleader. It's just stupid...just because we decided to do cheerleading doesn't have anything to do with our characters. And ya, I will admit that some girls are snobby and rich (My father makes more then enough money to live comfortabley) but that isn't why I'm a cheerleader. Some of the girls on my competition squad work just for the money to cheer. I guess I'm just asking why people give cheerleaders those and other stereotypes?
