Why is it that a player like Mark McGuire (who actually held the Home Run record) does not get into the Hall of Fame for suspicion of steroids (that were not banned at the time) while Sean Merriman is praised as a great defensive player after testing positive for steroids and being forced to sit out 4 games?

I'm not talking about the Law or the Legality of Steroids. What I want to investigate is why people think that using steroids is any different than any of the developments and advancements in sports equipment, training, nutrition, and physcology. I'd also like to focus on Baseball, Track and Field, and other American Sports.

Ok Firstly i find it highly offensive that yahoo has a section for handball but not SKATEBOARDING!

second i need new wheels but dont no wich kind are good i have a bout a 35$ limit and use them mainly for street and riding(racing) im 5'9" if that changes anythin...

thirdly i took a lesson on skating where we were (vert) in a park and it was my first time (vert) and i beefed over and over and over and now im totally afraid of ramps BUT they JUST installed a skatepark near my house :'[ help me!!!

ok Finally...(long story) i started skating at about 8. i was just coastin really thrillin, racin w/e. recently(6months or so) my cuzin interested me in dogtown i LOVED IT. there r only so many trix that u can do on modern boards tho so eventually i cot up with my friends for new street boarding. I can do the tricks but when it comes to landing i ALWAYZ fall or bail or chiken foot... I have a 300$ board and i dont no y this keeps happening!!! ill do an ollie and either fall or bail

Are DCs shoes skate shoes only?
Nikes aren't for skateboarding right?
Alright so I got this skateboard thats brand is zage or rage I'm not sure.
It has clear wheels that go pretty slow.
I'm not sure about the top of the board.
I've scratched my nail on it before so I guess its pretty good.

ok well i have this homework assignment about this sport,Pickle Ball, and i finished most of it and just have five questions left.

Can anyone help me?

Here are the questions:

1.In doubles, when the receiving team wins the serve, the player on which side of the court always serves first?

2.The serving team wins the rally. Which team wins the point?

3. The receiving team wins the rally. Wich team wins the point?

4. What is the name of the rule that states that each team must play their first shot off the bounce?

5.Player A and B are partners. Player A served the ball and they won the rally, who serves the next serve?

I'm trying out for soccer, and I don't know if I can do 2 miles in 12 minutes, because that's a requirement for the team. I haven't ran much because of the weather and no where to run round here, but does anyone have any tips for running 2 miles in 12 minutes and running in the cold??? Anything like nutrition, speed, or whatever you have. Thanks!

For christmas my grandmother got me a $50 gift certificate to skateamerica.com
I orded some things and when they didnt email me saying theyd ship so i went back and they never took the order. Yesterday I ordered agian and they still havent emailed saying they got it but it said the card had no balance. Anything to help me with it?
