Is skateamerica trustworthy?

For christmas my grandmother got me a $50 gift certificate to skateamerica.com
I orded some things and when they didnt email me saying theyd ship so i went back and they never took the order. Yesterday I ordered agian and they still havent emailed saying they got it but it said the card had no balance. Anything to help me with it?

wow same thing happened to me i would not use them if i was you the website ccs.com is way more trustworthy and always has quality products in stock check it out
